Who am I?
My name is Henry, and I live in New York City. On November 10, 2021, I had a stroke, and my life changed forever. My recovery has been difficult, but I haven't given up. I'm 37 years old, and I'm not done living my life and seeing what there is to see in the world.
What will you find on my blog?
My blog covers what life has been like since my stroke. I have lots of friends in the Big Apple, and we love to go out to eat, see Broadway shows, and see live music. But I also need assistance with most of my daily tasks, and I live in a skilled nursing facility. Ever since my stroke, it has been difficult for me to speak, and I type very slowly with my left hand.
My friends help me publish on this website, but I am the one telling my story — one letter at a time.
